For shoppers using the Mirraya sizing and try-on service. Version 2026-08-07.
Mirraya is a sizing service that appears on a retailer's website. You provide a photograph, we estimate your measurements, and we recommend the size most likely to fit. We can also generate an AI preview of the garment on you. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
The service is not intended for children. You may use it only if you are 16 or over. Where we become aware that a person below that age has used the service, we will delete the data we hold.
2. Photographs you provide
You must provide photographs of yourself only. You must not provide a photograph of another person, who will not have agreed to their image being processed. You must not provide unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to use.
You retain all rights in your photograph. You grant us permission to use it solely to perform the service you have requested, namely to estimate your measurements and generate your preview. We do not store it on our servers, we do not publish it, we do not disclose it to the retailer, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our privacy notice sets out how it is handled in full.
3. Nature of the recommendation
We estimate your measurements from a photograph and compare them against the size chart supplied by the retailer. The result is an informed recommendation and will not always be correct. Photograph angle, loose clothing and unusual garment cuts all affect accuracy. It should be treated as guidance.
Any try-on image is generated by artificial intelligence. It illustrates how a garment may look and is not a photograph of the actual product on you. Colour, fabric, drape and fit will differ. Please refer to the retailer's own product information, size chart and returns policy before purchasing.
Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not with us. We do not sell goods, we are not a party to your order, and we cannot assist with payment, delivery or returns, all of which the retailer handles.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or circumvent the limits of the service, and you must not use it to develop a competing product. We may restrict or withdraw access where use appears automated or abusive.
5. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be continuously available or that recommendations will be accurate, and we may modify or withdraw features.
6. Liability
The service is provided to you free of charge and is advisory in nature. We are therefore not liable for a garment not fitting, for the cost or inconvenience of a return, or for any loss arising from reliance on a size recommendation.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, including your rights against the retailer from whom you purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Your data
Our handling of your photograph and measurements is set out in the privacy notice. In summary: the photograph is not stored on our servers, it remains on your own device for 24 hours, and you may erase everything at any time from Privacy & your data within the widget.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will publish a revised version here with a new version date.
